Do I need any experience to start?
No experience is required. The Fundamentals and beginner intake nights at ACROPOLIS GRAPPLING, LLC are designed for the very first session. Every beginner learns break falls, the rolling hoop, and one safe guard pass before any live roll, and is matched only with another beginner of similar size.
What should I wear to the first class?
Wear a t-shirt and shorts or leggings with no pockets or metal zippers, and bring a water bottle. The academy will loan a clean gi for the trial session and can advise on purchasing a proper one afterwards. Do not wear socks on the mat and remove jewellery before practice.
How is the trial class booked?
Use the form on this page or call +18028924588 to reserve a beginner intake night. The office confirms your slot by email and sends a short form to complete before arrival. The trial class is free, and no commitment is required to keep your place on the schedule.
